Let me tell you a story. Its long, but if you're gonna end it right now. whats a few more minutes. Just read this. Then make your decision.

I have a friend. Her name will be anon. She is clinically depressed. She also has considered suicide in her mind... every single day. She believes her family hates her, her mom never wanted her, her sister doesnt care, and I cant help her. She thinks she is enitrely alone. From her eyes, this is what she sees.

From my eyes I see the opposite. Her mom loves her and is trying so hard to get her help. Her sister is turning to the wrong things to try and fix or cover up the problems she faces, and I can help her, if she would just let me in.

Shes been hurt so many times by boys, her family, friends, and when you get hurt like that over and over again, you can never go back to the way you once felt before you were shattered. I understand this, but you can always heal, and mend, and slowly things get better. Maybe not perfect, but better.

Thank god, she knows this. She hopes every day she will one day wake up and say I love this day, I love myself, I love my body, I love everyone. Life is not hell, it is heaven, and I do not plan to waste my day.

She told me, she still thinks of suicide every day, and the only thing keeping her here, is that exact thing, a dream, a wish, hope.

I tell her everyday I love her, and she knows she wont see change in one day. It doesnt come fast because change and good things, come in time. to those who are patient and strong enough to survive and persevere on. She wants to one day look back and say, I was a survivor. I never gave up. So even on the days she comes so close to letting it all go, she reminds herself, shes no quitter, shes a fighter, she can do this.

Shes been through more than anyone can ever imagine. Im not going to tell you her story, because that is private, and I know everyone has a struggle, so if my friend is strong enough to fight and prove to this world that she is a survivor. Why cant you fight? Giving up means the world won, society one, bullies one. Do you really want that? Do you want societies ideas to overpower your life and influence your decisions? I wouldnt want that. So prove to everyone youre stronger than all of them. Show them, YOU'RE A BEAUTIFUL SURVIVOR.

My friend said when she one day wakes up feeling that life is good and pure and beautiful, she will call herself survivor and get a tattoo on her wrist that says "I am a survivor" to symbolize her strength Try to do what my friend is doing. just take each day, slow and steady. When things get tough, if you get hrut, if you fall hard. Just think, I want to be a survivor. And one day you will be I swear.

Youre Beautiful and perfect just the ay you are. It doesnt take much to see it. Just slowly believe it. tell it to yourself every day. One day I swear you'll find beauty <3
